I had general admission floor tickets for this show, so I stood approximately 50' back, in the centre. This was my third time seeing the Sadies and they were great. Their sound wasn't bad, and they don't usually play such large venues. They wasted no time getting their tunes across to the slowly forming mass of people. People were dancing and jumping to the music as the band rushed through 10 of their best songs. They almost sound like the Shocking Pinks in that old school rock and roll stand up bass and Gretch guitar kind of way. They have established a sound over the years that is unmistakable and not like anything popular today.
