We are pleased to continue our series of releases featuring material from a dedicated West Coast taper and collector who passed away a few years ago. Prior to his passing, he meticulously transferred his extensive archive onto CDR's and entrusted them to a close friend. This friend, a stalwart of the Bay Area music scene for over five decades, understands the importance of sharing these historic shows with the collector�s community.

Release #60 is known in the Santana collectors community from the previously shared audience capture. I believe this the first appearance of a soundboard of the performance.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the anonymous West Coast collector (may he rest in peace) and his motivated friend, who recognized the importance of preserving these historically significant shows before they were lost forever. A special thanks also goes to dime member "davmar77" for facilitating the connection, and to Goody, our pitch master, for his unwavering support of all our historic releases.
