Last week fishmanj upped the incomplete version of this show.
Great job and reading the comments highly appreciated!!
Fishnaj pm-ed me if I would up the rest of it.
No problem of course. After listening to it again after quite some time,
I re-experienced the sheer beauty of this show!

However I've decided to upload the complete version. Two reasons for that:

1. Fishmanj referred to "Not the best track cutting job done here". I didn't check that, but mine is OK,
though completely different.
2. The missing tracks are all on CD3, so no problem combining them with fishmanj's CD 1 and 2.

Purists might, however, feel the need to all 3 CDs of my upload.
Everybody can decide for themselves what to do.
