This was from the first tour undertaken by Seth under his own name. They carried their own sound system which they controlled from the stage, presumably to save costs, but the sound was nevertheless very good.

Seth Lakeman was brought up in the village of Buckland Monachorum, near Yelverton, Devon, in the West of England - what better folk credentials could you have!!

It is in fact no more than 10 minutes drive from our polo club, Hurtwood Park.

The seating was stacked and we were in the first row with mic pointing up at the speakers out of my camera bag - not a bad sound at all.
