taper's notes:
I have to admit to being not that familiar with SoH before this gig but am now a convert. Problems with the gear means this recorded to the left channel only but being pleased with the way it sounds I have copied onto right channel. I was sat about 1/3rd way up the field on the right hand side surrounded by many less than interested in listening intently to the band so there's a good deal of chatter and once or twice folk apologise whilst try to step over me on their way to get food/drink or visit the loos! That being said, due to the excellent sound system at Cropredy as always, the music of SoH rises above the chatter and it gives you more of a feeling of 'being there' :o)
Hope you enjoy listening. Feel free to share freely, but please only trade in lossless form and DO NOT SALE.
