my first experience with this band with their new, reduced line-up. Had no idea how it would work especially without "The Mule"
on guitar. Yes, they sound a bit more folky, on some tunes the akkordeon takes over some "old" guitar parts. But they still know
how to party. They played two new songs that sounded immediately like they would have been in their setlist all over the past few years.
But still: I miss "The Mule".
As it was not sold out at all, maybe just a half full club - on a monday evening, the audience was really into their gig and it got more and more
fantastic, lots of cracker-tunes, hot and sweaty club, everybody singing and shouting along. And when the band played their last "Six whiskies" and left,
we all did not want to go home and sang along for minutes 'til they came out again for some old well known tunes. Still love them!!
