It would scarcely be exaggerating to say that ATP is the only music festival in the United States worth going to. Expertly curated, efficiently produced, and attended by serious fans, it is the opposite of most of the crassly commercial outdoor shitshows that try to pass for festivals in this country. Hosted in the dilapidated and somewhat freakish Kutsher's resort, ATP is an indie fan's paradise, with sets that start on time, a sound system that blows away even most good club systems, and bands that are the true masters of their craft.

Sleepy Sun hail from California, and unlike most bands at the fest, seemed to revel in theatrics, with their frontman pulling big rock-star moves all over the stage. Sometimes it was a bit over the top for me, but the band's music is compelling. Sample included. Please help with the setlist. I'm trying to get this stuff up quickly, and doing setlists takes up a lot of extra time. Thanks.
