Recorded by dear MIRO from the balcony a few meters from the stage center, with the mics hanging down the ceiling. As the crowd was very chatty throughout the whole festival, this
proved to be the best way to achive an almost satisfying recording. A nice recording with one major DOWNER: It is only about 1/3 of the whole performance. During the setup, the
recording mode was accidentally switched to a four channel mode instead of external mics. At a "check" our dear taper was a bit confused about what was happing on the display, and
to avoid any further damage, he decided to stop the recording. So, all there is are these 36+ min. saved. And no APHODYL recording as well...

What a bummer in the summer...most likely (to me definitely) the best band on this one day only tiny little festival in the outskirts of eastwestphalia...and only about a third of
the whole performance. Seems like "this ain't the summer of taping" (quote BOC), as I failed on FREAK VALLEY FESTIVAL due to cable break, and the damaged recording of lovely COSMIC
DEAD at Yellowstock due to a wrong plug-in. And now this...
Anyway, if you want to get more of this great free-improvised spacerock jam performance, the whole gig is in pretty good quality up on YOUTUBE, but - before you cheer - the audio
quality sucks due to the chatty crowd. Well, of course, first I thought I'll dump this on the "poison shelf", but these 36 mins. are far too fine to be left offair forver...
And sure, I'll promise - we'll be doing better next time! SB.
