Notes: This annual event, now in its 7th year, is open only to residents and business owners in Greenwich, CT. I work in Greenwich and bought a ticket from a friend. Walked right up to the foot of the stage during the Preservation Hall Jazz Band set (excellent, but not recorded, sorry), and stayed there the rest of the night for Alabama Shakes followed by Steely Dan. The Alabama Shakes set has been uploaded on DIME. The main problem with this recording is the often inaudible vocals. Donald is buried in the mix. Walter too. Given the current state of Donald's voice, some may say this is a good thing, I suppose. Also, no Jon Herington, which was a disappointment for me. Larry Carlton is no slouch, but I like Jon's work. Finally, I'll complain yet again about the static SD setlist. Please expand it guys. Your catalog deserves it! Complete video is on YouTube:
