Original notes:
One of the best fusion shows I ever attended! The crowd went wild and if I remember well we got three encores! One of them is documented here. Great playing all around, with special mention of Michael Brecker and the EWI (first time I saw that!) and Victor Bailey who was in great shape here, the year after Weather Report was disbanded. These were some amazing times for lovers of this genre, with Steps Ahead, Mahavishnu, Miles, Weather Update and Wayne Shorter Band.

In the (Dutch) opening the announcer mentions a TV broadcast of a small part of this show. E-tree lists Oops and Self Portrait as additional tracks that should be available for this show. They may very well have their origin in that TV show.


Known issues:
Track 3 distortion on the EWI, sounds like a bad electrical connection.
