This is a recording of the first show of Steve Earle's 2008 tour in support of his excellent album Washington Square Serenade.

The gig took place at Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall and was part of the Celtic Connections festival.

This isn't that great a recording - my mic is pretty crappy and there were some sound "issues" at the gig anyay, such as feedback and problems with the "beats" being too loud when they came in.

I'm sure there will be better recordings from this tour, but hopefully this will tide over all you Steve Earle fans in the meantime.
