Lineage: Stereo Core Sounds Stealth Cardoids on spectacle frames/ Zoom H2 -> Polderbits Editor (tracks split) -> Audacity +24db gain -> Traders Little Helper (FLAC & ffp) -> You

I chose the Zoom H2 over my trusty Sony MD to record this concert. I set the mic gain to medium since the Jethro Tull concert I recently upped recorded very quiet at low mic gain. It seems high gain may be the way to go since this needed a 24db boost to get the peaks near 0db. This resulted in a raised level of background hiss but this is only really heard during very quiet passages and does not detract badly from the recording. No equalisation was used. Overall I would rate this very good. I missed the very beginning of the first song (Christmas in Washington) due to inept fumbling. Apologies for that.

I decided to up this in parallel to BigDee's recording to provide a choice. I guess both of us have done the best we can, you decide which you prefer.

Any artists out there? A set of cover art would be nice...
