Serious kudos to my good friends hrubesh and mjk5510 for fantastic artwork and spending an enormous amount
of time editing, listening, tinkering and enduring my suggestions to get this sounding as good as it does.
There were some very loud clappers and whistlers next to and in front of me (to the guy doing cheerleading arm waves
all through Bruce's set, FU). I am astounded at how much of this has been removed from the final version.
