The Tracklist:

1. NO MONEY DOWN - the "...3...2...1..." intro is spoken by Rusty . Steve is singing all the vocals .."Thank you, thank you" is spoken at the end by Rusty Day.

2. THE HIGHWAY- Rusty Day singing lead.must be Steve on backup vocals and I know he is on lead guitar.

3. THE WORLD IS ROUND - The screaming and singing is Rusty Day. Steve
Gaines on lead guitar. Written by Rufus Reed.

4. THE GRIP OF THE GRAPE - Gaines counting the intro - Rusty Day singing
the lead. Steve singing the strong backup vocals. Supposedly the only song ever written lyrically by Cassie Gaines, Steve's older sister.

5. I'VE GOTTA MOVE - Rusty Day on vocals.

6. FISHCAKE BREATH (A.K.A. THE PIANO BOOGIE) - Rusty Day announcing the song (It was later renamed "Terry`s Blues", after Terry Emery on piano. Terry
also played on a few .38 Special albums after leaving Steve's own band, The Crawdads). Steve Gaines on smoking lead guitar, Rusty Day harmonica.

7. COME ON! - Rusty Day vocals, Steve Gaines on guitar.

8. LISTEN TO ME - Steve Gaines on lead vocals, Rusty Day on backup vocals

9. POOR BROTHER BILL - Rusty on vocals, Steve Gasines on backup
vocals. Also, Rusty plays all the harp on this tape

10. FOOTPRINTS IN THE SNOW - Rusty announcing "We had a request for a
little blues piece". If you listen closely you will hear the early version into what Steve turned into the song "Take My Time" on the Steve Gaines "The 1 in the Sun" album.

11. LONG TALL SALLY

12. The MEDLEY (The HEEBIE JEEBIES + SHE`S GOT IT) - Rusty Day lead vocals, Steve Gaines & Bill Hodgeson on backup vocals

13. I`M BETTER (A.K.A. FEEL LIKE AN OLD DOG) - Rusty Day lead vocals - Steve lead guitar. Must be a studio demo the real piano sound makes me believe that. I know in those days the synthesized sound of a piano didn't
sound that real.

14. GIVE IT TO GET IT - Steve Gaines on lead vocals & lead guitar. But the
first guitar lead must be Bill Hodgson, This is a classic Steve Gaines song. Must be studio demo because of the fade out at the end.

15. THE FEELINGS DEEP INSIDE- Steve Gaines lead guitar, must be either Bill Hodgson or Terry Emery on lead vocals, cant tell for sure but Steve has got to be singing backup vocals. A real bar band song.

16. I'VE GOTTA MOVE - Steve Gaines on lead vocals, Rusty Day on backup vocals, & definitely Steve on slide guitar.

17. DON'T WANNA LOSE - Steve on great lead vocals, lead and slide
guitar. Steve wrote this song with the help of Marc Marcano a fantastic keyboard player from Pittsburgh Kansas. As I can remember Marc had the basic chord progression and Steve added his creativeness on guitar and lyrics
and vocals. A great song that I will always treasure as a masterpiece of a ballad. By the way what is a ballad? Steve saying "Thank You, Thank You" definitely live but the piano sounded like a real one?

18. I'VE GOTTA HAVE YOU (A.K.A. "I'M SATISFIED") - Rusty Day on lead vocals

19.SYMPATHY (A.K.A. "NO BAD NEWS")- Rusty Day on lead vocals, Steve Gaines on backup vocals, and Bill Hodgeson might be singing on this one too. Bill also wrote this piece. Steve Gaines on slide guitar, must be Bill Hodgson on lead guitar.
