As expected, Steve Hackett's performance was my personal highlight of the cruise. Having heard that Steve was not permitted to play longer on Day 2, the audience was prepared and demanded an encore. The house lights were on and the crew had already started to break down the equipment, but the audience persisted, refused to leave, and continued to clap wildly. Security didn't look happy, but as far as I could tell, they never did for a single moment on this cruise. Perhaps they were still recovering from the Monsters of Rock cruise. We got our encore, which was only right considering there was nothing scheduled in the theater for the next five hours.
