::: Non-hi-fi & a bit distant, but copesetic-enough AUD for its vintage. Jam the MP3 samples in yr ears for tolerance tests or quick fixes.
::: Warts: Fixed many dullspots & dropouts but surely missed a few & some weren't repairable as x-channel patching didn't fly. Brief cut (almost inaudible) in middle of #6. Bit of clapping in #7. Occasional brief stereo imaging shifts or high end drops, but not too problematic. 3 seconds of mike bumps in #14 (lowered...).
::: "The Joker" (album) had just been released in October.
::: "The Joker" (song) was in the top 100 in USA charts. About 3 weeks after this gig it was the Billboard Hot 100 number one single.
::: Steve says they just flew 7 hours to get there & it's their first-ever Indiana gig.
::: What other versions of Miller playing Hooker's "Boom Boom" are there? This one is quite fine. For that matter, other versions of "The Sky Is Crying" from the 1970s?
::: Interesting. This gig has only about 4 songs overlapping the 2 set/23 track Winterland gig 2 weeks later. Methinks they had a large repertoire.

DimeTravel 135 ::: Thanks to the original taper & traders & thanks to DIMER gv0000 for a bit of research assistance! ::: Corrections welcome ::: I hadn't listened to this in MANY years before the transfer. Several things came to mind immediately. One, it was REALLY enjoyable. Secondly, where are all the tapes of the band from this era? They had finally gone mega & we still have only a handful of shows. Oh well, for sure there are many more yet to surface. An EXCELLENT solo acoustic set here! Love that "Journey From Eden" - something from another dimension entirely. Listen, enjoy, show appreciation, share, give, spread peace. Yers truly, Knees
