There were micro gaps on the original downloaded files. The gaps were removed with Nero Wave Editor. The fixed
.WAV files were joined with Nero Wave Editor, and retracked with CDWav. The resulting .WAV files were re-encoded
to FLAC with Flac Frontend (level 7) (Dennis Orr - May 21, 2006)
