Second Coming had just come out about a month before (in the UK) and was about to be released in the States. The Roses were doing a promotional only tour of North America and logged in a couple radio interviews in the San Francisco Bay Area. They came back for a full (their first) North American tour a few months later.
The KOME/San Jose interview took place first. Then Live 105/San Francisco a few hours later.

The Stone Roses
KOME Radio Interview: KOME Studios, San Jose, CA
1995 January 23
Source: FM (B+ signal)
Transfer: Cassette Master --> Nakamichi Cassette Deck 1.5 --> Pioneer PDR-509 --> CDR --> Audacity --> FLAC 8
Length: 00:11:19
01 - KOME Radio Interview Segment 1 (cuts in)
02 - KOME Radio Interview Segment 2
03 - KOME Radio Interview Segment 3
Caught it a little late. Segment 1 cuts in. All music cut out. KOME Radio (98.5) was a shortlived alternative radio station in the 90s based in San Jose, CA.
I wonder if Moondog is one of their roadies? I think the Roses were supposed to play a session that day but passed after getting so many stupid questions. I think that's Squire playing in the background during the interview segments.
