My first glance at the schedule before I got on the ship led me to believe that I might have to sacrifice seeing the Strawbs in order to accomplish other goals. I rationalized that I had seen the band so many times that while I would be disappointed, it wouldn't be a big deal to miss them this time around. What a mistake that would have been. I've seen the Strawbs in some unusual venues over the years but nothing compares to this. The Black & White Lounge was the perfect location for the Strawbs to remind people of their place in prog-rock history.
