Excellent soundboard recording

** mp3 samples provided (as always) in the Comments section

Here's yet ANOTHER outstanding-quality subdudes show that I recently received due to the ongoing generosity of fellow DIME member cjsiegel ("Crusty").

This is a near-perfect recording. The only noticeable flaw is in Track 205: at the 3:05 mark, there are roughly 2 seconds of electronic interference. This was present on the CDR that Crusty sent and unfortunately there isn't a way to fix it; had it occurred during the chorus I might have been able to "patch" from a different section of the song. Other than those two lousy seconds, however, this show sounds top-notch.

And before I forget, let's review the applicable catchphrases:
"Crusty Rulez.....everybody else droolz!" (courtesy of billydee), and
"If it's Crusty, it's a musty!" (documentboy)

Setlist:
101. Morning Glory
102. Message Man
103. Fair Weather Friend
104. Light In Your Eyes
105. -banter-
106. Poor Man's Paradise
107. If Wishin' Made It So
108. All The Time In The World
109. Too Soon To Tell
110. -banter-
111. Late At Night
112. Street Symphony

201. -banter-
202. No Man
203. Why Can't I Forget About You
204. Band introduction
205. Papa Dukie And The Mud People
206. Fountain Of Youth
207. It's So Hard
208. Encore break
209. Half Of The Story
210. Sarita

Subliminal note: For the first few seconds of Track 108, Tommy does a quick tease of the Rolling Stones' "Street Fighting Man" :)

Lineage:
SBD > Md (Sony M2-R37) > CD > EAC > WAV > Editing (below) > FLAC Frontend > FLAC

Editing notes (using Nero's wave editor unless otherwise indicated):
* Re-tracked show (combined WAV files in Nero, then re-split with CD Wave)
* Track 101: Deleted 4 (unnecessary) seconds at beginning of track and faded in
* Track 105 (1:32 mark): Removed a second-and-a-half of diginoise
* Track 111 (5:14 mark): Removed 2 seconds of extraneous "noise" after "Thank You"
* Track 210: Deleted 50 seconds of extra applause and faded out applause
* Volume adjustments were needed (see below) since the initial volume of the show was on the low side (87.7dB for Disc 1, 87.2dB for Disc 2)

Volume adjustments:
Entire show's volume increased by +5dB EXCEPT in the following spots:
* Track 106 (first quarter-second of track): +2dB
* Track 107 (2:19-2:21 mark): +2dB
* Track 209 (0:035-0:045 mark): No adjustment (loud PA system squeak)
* Track 210 (5:50-5:52 mark): +4dB

If you decide to download this show, won't you please consider posting a comment on the show's board? It only takes a moment, and believe me, it takes A LOT longer to prepare/upload a show for others to enjoy than it does to download and run.

And won't you please thank Crusty for this stellar subdudes show?

For any of you interested in MORE subdudes material, let me point out that there's some really nice streaming radio programs of the 'dudes in WFUV's archives, found here (just do a search on 'subdudes'):
