Taper notes: I went to this concert reluctantly so as to keep the peace in my household. There was a 1.5-hour weather delay before the opening act (Sara Bareilles) took the stage for a delay-shortened set. My date and the near-sellout crowd loved the Sugarland show. I did not tape anything until just before the third song of the four-song Sugarland encore, when lead singer Jennifer Nettles announced that the band had been asked to submit a track for an upcoming Amnesty International Bob Dylan tribute/covers CD. I quickly broke out my iPhone and taped what turned out to be a rousing version of "Tonight I'll Be Staying Here with You."

The recording came out pretty well, all things considered, and I know there are a lot of Dylan fans on Dime, so I thought I would up this track just in case anyone is interested.

It took us nearly an hour to get out of the Champlain Valley Exposition parking lot after the show. So, you have the chance to hear the best four minutes of a concert that it took me nearly five hours to travel to and from and attend!
