This is based on a couple of sources

A torrent of the pre-FM Thirsty Ear radio broadcast and the Take Me To Boston CD.

The former is excessively treble-y - so very clear but abundantly so to the point of causing irritation and being nearly epileptic fit inducing. The latter source always had a nice warm sound , but benefitted from a little vocal centre-ing, and minor treble in one channel to reduce a high pitched radio whine (and then adjusting the stereo image to compensate…those reeling in horror, these are *minor* tweaks, so maybe listen then judge).

So I've done my best with the two sources, something I've long wanted to do get a nice sound...something with a little warmth *and* a little clarity. I always felt the Maynard Studios tracks on 1977-1982 The Name Of this Band is Talking Heads were a little *too* spiky sounding, marring an otherwise very good live collection. Unfortunately the rules mean the tracks used on that album cannot be used here, obviously.

As for the Thirsty Ear broadcast tracks, the running order was not per the original set anyway, I have put the tracks not included in the concert broadcast first, and the two tracks that were last...they are in quite a different mix...the guitars much more to the fore on the main concert broadcast.
