the balcony at the warner.
not sure what jeff used to record this with it might
have been a walkmen type recorder with internal mics
later he recorded with ?lav mics?>aiwi small stereo recorder?

it almost sounds like some of the show is missing or out
of order, but i could be wrong.
might not be trk'd correctly.
seems like there is some tape tracking issues that i only
hear between songs(?)

in the 80s, i used to trade tapes with jeff from baltimore
who recorded shows in dc+baltimore. i think he used either
a clip on stereo mic or 2 lav mics into an aiwi? stereo
recorder (this might have been before this era).
i think he would clip the mics to his shirt collar.
he was kind of an early stealth recorder. his recordings were
pretty good quality. i got around 20 shows from him.
