Hi all! This was my first time seeing Tame Impala live - and it was a fun show! The guys seemed super-happy to play (understandably so) in a completely sold-out house in NYC :) What a way to start the tour! I hope the tape delivers the spirit.
There was some commotion in the 2nd row, in front of me half way through the gig - some folks got in late, other people were in their seats, someone lost a wallet and what not. But I think Tame Impala’s ‘wall of sound’ pretty much swallowed that - I could see what was going on with these people, but I didn’t really hear them! Sadly, I could not make the 2nd night.
