An extraordinary evening with Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks, their extraordinary band, Trey Anastasio and Doyle Bramhall III. Their ful performance of Derek and the Dominos' Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs is thrilling, pitch perfect, and simply a joy to hear and take in. For those of us who love that album, and that era when rock music seemed to know no boundaries, this performance, and recording, capture a precious feeling and vibe that is so rare today.
Thanks to Wiley Morris and Alex Leary for making this available on LMA.
