Recorded by yours truly @ the sweet spot about 2 meters from stage edge. Sounds really fine to my still recovering ears, as the system's volume was way up. I was a bit devasted about
the low attendence for this magical duo of bands. Maybe about 40 people showed up, probalby due to planned terorist attacks in Hannover the day before, or people went either to the
"big scale" Deep Purple show at TUI Arena or BANNED FROM UTOPIA at the BluesGarage. Or they just stayed at home on this rainy wednesday evening. A BIG FIVE for both bands for allowing
me to tape and share and the great talk we had at the merch table after the show. Unfortunately I did not receive a second recorder as I had planned to serve your pretty ears and mind
with a matrix with the board sound. But anyway, I had a helluva time! No pics on this one, quality was too awful...

Now, this show meant something special to me. Not only (sic!) that THE MACHINE are just one of my absolute favourite bands and the reason why I travelled those 150 kms one way to
Hannover one evening after the terror threads at the football stadium and ended my concert hiatus since August, but even more because this felt like meeting good old friends after a long time.
The more it sucks that I screwed off the start of the show, cause I went outside for a puff as nothing was going on, getting back in...the band just started. Pushed the wrong button on the
recorder (off instead of hold, grrrr....) but I think nothing's really missing. ok, maybe 3-4 seconds. Anyway, great show with lots of tracks from the new gorgeous album "OFFBLAST" with
a few older songs. But, hell, as LOUD as it was, it was FAR TOO SHORT! I could've used at least one more hour of their superb heavy psychedelic stoner rock, because my ears and mind was
just warmed up (and smiling!) as David announced the last song...Hmmm, maybe next time a bit more? Dare I ask?
Oh, overall system sound wasn't too good, but I'd better let the music do the talking. Lighten one up and enjoy! SB.
