Notes:

This is the show the band put on for the 1500 students from the local university and
colleges who had worked as extras in the Tommy film. Because it was a private show,
added to the fact there was a lot of non-Who fanatics present, they put on a superb
performance, displaying the tight knit play lacking at Charlton. Pete would later call
this one of his favourite gigs. The general quality is ok, although some chat is a
little hard to define. A rare rendition of the Johnny Kidd song "Feelin'" features
during the encore. 5:15, the 1st song of the encore, fades in. For some reason this cd
release contained an edited Bell Boy false start - the tape playing too slow, however,
here at LLR this has been replaced by the full version, taken from a cassette copy. The
quality changes slightly, but is featured for completions sake. There are rumours that
the show was videoed by 2 students at Portsmouth University for their portfolio,
though no footage has ever emerged.

Many thanks to MrAnchovy for supplying the Silver to be shared on Long Live Rock.

Many thanks also to ooru for supplying the tape of Bell Boy (False Start) to be included
as well as the above notes and artwork.

Track 11 from the audience tape has been edited in between Tracks 10 and 12 from Disc 1
