Day 2 on the Divina continues in the garishly-decorated Golden Lounge. Perhaps 75 people could comfortably sip cocktails and enjoy a jazz trio in this tiny room. It was certainly not designed to contain the several hundred enthusiastic fans that crammed the room beyond capacity well before Three Friends took to the small stage. Those of us that arrived early were shoulder to shoulder for close to two hours in what appeared to be a room without air-conditioning. It was well worth the discomfort however. When the performance ended, word spread like wildfire that on a ship bursting with talent, Three Friends had raised the bar significantly.
