Notes by DIME user lolive, who originally upladed this recording on 06 February 2007:
"This is the 56th upload of my concerts collection recorded in Lyon and somewhere in France between 1982-1990.
"All my concerts were recording for Radio-Bellevue and Zap FM, so we have had some technical easynesses to record these shows.
"Timbuk3 were recorded for ZAP FM at the Cameleon (Villeurbanne)
"I've used a complete independant 16 tracks sounddesk mixed on-the-fly (headphones) with a couple of additionnal ambiance mikes (Sennheiser) standing in the middle of venue close to the band sdb.
"The master tape was recorded on a TCD5M Sony."
The band:
Pat MacDonald (acoustic, electric, bass and MIDI guitars, harmonica, vocals)
Barbara K. MacDonald (electric guitar, mandolin, violin, rhythm programming, vocals)
Wally Ingram (percussion)

Huge thanks to lolive for this stellar recording of excellent and underappreciated artists. I renamed files, repaired SBEs, created an FFP file and am pleased to share with fellow T3 enthusiasts old and new. As salmonella likes to say: we're just the messengers. Major thanks to the artists, recordists, and everyone else who brought this thing this far! Anyone got some more? Cheers, B
