Tina Turner performed again for the first time after a two and a half year break at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas on December 30 1999.
The show was part of a double headliner gig together with Elton John who performed after her, part of the Millenium celebrations.
There was also a show on December 31, however that was a private show, the show on the 30th was open to the public.
At this time Tina was getting ready for her 2000 world tour, so this show is also sort of a try-out with a partly new band.
