The second of two nights at this large venue and the last show of the European tour. I was at this show on the day after my 16th birthday and have clear memories of it especially the energy of TR as he leapt and whirled around the stage and of the climax of Singring when the glass guitar was ceremoniously smashed triggering a mirror ball effect throughout the auditorium. Magical. In retrospect, I remember feeling disappointed that we weren't seeing the original band but seeing as they had never played the UK it is something of a revelation to revisit this show and realise that a lot of the set was the same as the Hammersmith 75 show and the RA numbers were actually very good indeed although I wish they had done Seven Rays.
Thanks to Roger Hiorns for the CD in trade. I don't know where it originates from nor the name of the taper but "good job". It is a particularly fine stereo audience recording.
