Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers
9/16/1995
Alpine Valley
Dogs With Wings Tour

This was the best Petty show I ever saw. I bought this tape from a guy
at a place called Recycled Records in Milwaukee back in the '90s, then finally
transferred it to digital a few years ago and posted it to dime. Somehow those
files have been corrupted, so this is a new transfer, mostly likely almost
identical to the first one I uploaded years ago.

The recording is pretty good for Alpine; the performance is incredible. There
are some dudes very audibly toking and coughing throughout the whole show; to
me it's more hilarious than distracting, especially the perfect timing as Tom
introduces "Diamond Head". Great show for banter as well, I must say.

Apologies as far as lineage.
