Got into our corner in front of the soundboard during the end of The National's set after seeing a great set by Tame Impala. Petty's FOH came by and checked out the rig across from us and went about his business. Nobody ever shut us down.
Set up the rig and attached an umbrella just in case. It was a wise move since the skies opened up right after Petty's set began. The mics stayed dry and we had garbage bags for the backpack/rig bag.
Now for the bad news. Everything went great until I noticed the phantom power light on the UA-5 fading. I thought the battery had enough power for the whole show, but it died. Did a quick battery swap, but discovered later that I lost all of "Yer So Bad" and about 2/3 of "It's Good To Be King," which is a complete bummer. The rest of the show is intact.
There was another taper at this show so there should be a source with a complete set uploaded at some point.

enjoy!
