This captures the final Chicago-area appearance of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, performing on a rainy weeknight at Wrigley Field. The opening act took place in a torrential downpour; the rain dissipated over the first few songs of the concert -- the first three songs are a bit muffled because the mics were under a rain slicker.

Performance and setlist are fairly typical of the rest of the tour; setlist is a good mix of recent and old tracks, with a few classics added back into the set (You Got Lucky, Into The Great Wide Open) which haven't been in the setlist of his stadium tours for awhile. Overall sound quality is quite good considering the inclement weather and the fact that it takes place in a baseball stadium.

RIP to Tom Petty - a national treasure. His is a big loss to American rock and roll.

Mp3 samples are included in the comments. Thanks to Talltaper for giving the green light for this to go on Dime.
