This was the first of 3 nights at the NEC Arena.
This is another rarity, which might be new for many fans and collectors.
Roger McGuinn opens the show and the Heartbreakers come out as his backing band, they play the last 6 songs in his set.
During Tom Petty's 37 minute set, Roger comes out and joins in during "So You Want To Be A Rock n Roll Star".
Tom & Roger were opening for Bob Dylan on this tour. I do not have the Bob Dylan recording.
