Here's another 1987 recording for Tom Petty fans. This was the opening acts for Bob Dylan on this tour.
This is the only copy of this show I've heard. It's probably in limited circulation, but it has it's issues.
This is missing the first 4 songs of Roger's set and missing the last song of Tom Petty's set.
This tape starts in progress as Tom Petty's band has joined Roger to play out his set with some Byrds classics.
Tom Petty starts his set with The Georgia Satellites cover and Roger later joins in to perform "So You Want To Be A Rock And Roll Star".
Even though it's not complete and the sound is a bit rough at times, I think it's still unique and worth a listen.
Many thanks to M.R. for supplying the tapes. Check samples for quality.
