Notes:
The Euphoria Tavern, located at 315 SE 3rd Avenue, was started by
Billy Hults and was a bastion of the 70's Portland music scene. Later,
in the 1980's, it became a prominent venue for the burgeoning punk rock
scene. Billy, a fixture of the Portland music scene, also staged
Bud Clark's illustrious Mayor's Balls in the 1980s.
