Notes: Cool show with a great mix of players. Reid playing the jazz vibe a world apart from his hard rockin' Living Colour outfit yet just as authentic, after all he grew up in jazz ...amazing how versitile he is. Bruce still playing as well ever, providing a heavy bass and growling vocals. Blackman reminds me of Mitch Mitchell, thrashing away yet keeping the beat while Medeski provides the cool keys to help tie it all toegther. Bay Area resident and Blackman's new husband Carlos Santana joins the proceedings for the final tune. Recorded from a front row table a couple of feet from the stage.
