Lineage: As there wasn't much written on my tape I guess it's a 1st generation FM tape(cassette).
Directed this signal to Edirol R9 > SD > PC. Editing with Adobe Audition.
The tape sounds a bit 'rough' now and then, as if the original tape was recorded a little too loud. No distorions though.

A great piece of music by the late great Townes van Zandt.
The 1990 tape was a solo studio recording with interview between the songs. Some nice stories there. These are tracks 1>17
I can image if a listener wants to skip the talk and go directly to the music.
Therefor I made an extra edit with only the music from the first part with fade ins and outs, being track 30>38.

The second part from 1987 is a live registration of Townes with a full band, pretty unique I'd say.
My guess is that these are Dutch musicians. The in between songs remarks by Townes are very funny.
You can hear there are not many people in the venue. I have some doubt about the date/venue. Anyone?
