Here's something that I bought in a record store in NYC many years ago. It was on the Colosseum "label". It has once been on DIME according to the dimebot archive, and that was in 2005 when it was upped by gm1276. I have no idea how similar the sound quality of that might've been to this boot I purchased. In my estimate, this sounds very good for that time period. The samples will give you a taste. I'm not sure at all if this came from the early or late show.
Traffic played the Fillmore West for 3 nights from June 30th to July 2nd in 1970. Those nights have all produced recordings, but the 2 July nights seem to circulate more widely than this. I have a boot called Glad that was purchased with this one. That comes from the July 1st show, but doesn't include the entire show from either set, instead featuring material played in each of them. Both sets of that seem to have last been up in 2017, so if anyone wants my Glad boot, please let me know in the comments.
Finally, Traffic was one of my all time favorite bands around the time of this show. I'd seen them shortly after my 14th birthday in early June of 1970 at Fillmore East. I shared 2 nights from that run in March of this year, and they are still active here on the tracker, so grab 'em while you can.
