notes:
the first song cuts in and has a few problems, cutins and outs.
not missing very much, only a couple of barely noticable
momentary cutouts in a couple of songs after that,
otherwise it is a full show, all apparently recorded on one DAT,
with just a couple of brief recorder shutoffs or pauses for encore breaks.
a couple of short gaps in the recording during applause between songs
were spliced out, and a couple of momentary shortouts in one of the
channels (probably from the chord being pulled on) were repaired
by monoizing a couple of short sections, well less than a second each.
