Source #1: Busman BSC1 (K3 Hypercardioids) > GAKables > Hosa ATT-448 Attenuators (-20 dB) > Zoom H4n (XLR inputs) @ 24bit/48 kHz
Source #2: AT853 cardioids (with 4.7k mod) > Naiant Tinyhead > Zoom H4n (1/8" input) @ 24 bit/48 kHz
Mastering: .WAV's > Wavelab Studio 6 (matrix) > Sound Forge Pro 10.0a (fades, minor edits, & normalize) > CDWav (tracking) > iZotope MBIT+ (dithered and downsampled to 16 bit/44.1 kHz) > Trader's Little Helper (level 5) > FLAC > TagScanner 5.1 (tagging)
Recording location: Stand at 11', set up inside soundboard cage
Sound Quality: EX+, A, 9.0/10 - Listening to the rushes, I originally thought this was going to be a rare SUPerb rating however after discussions with the mastering engineer, I've dropped the SQ rating. This is still an amazing recording.

The band continues their run of great shows! Many thanks to Jon (sound engineer), Patrick (band's (tour?) manager) and the rest of the crew for being pro-taper and super helpful and friendly.

This was the first time I've been able to put up a stand at my home arena. Prospera Place is infamous for their dislike of tapers and over-exuberant security but this night, they were very helpful. This was also the first chance I've had to use my Busman mics since the last Hip tour and I forgot that I'd need +48 phantom power. I had forgotten to bring my Lithium Ion battery packs and had to make a run back home to grab them and due to having to park a long way from the arena, I nearly didn't make it back in time.

It was nice to see so many people I knew at the show. I counted at least 11 people I knew, all from various walks of life enjoying the music.

Things to listen for:
Gord calling Paul a "grandpa" during Fifty-Mission Cap.

No compression was used in the post-processing of this recording to preserve it's dynamic range, listenability and authenticity.
This recording will naturally sound much better cranked up loud with quality headphones!
Peace & enjoy,
