August 23, 2011

Source: Zoom H2, internal mikes from the balcony right side.
Process: HD Card>WaveLab(splitting tracks)>Trader's Little Helper(SBE correction and Flac creation). No EQ or other processing done except I cut out about three minutes of applause between show and encore with a little fade out/fade in to smooth the transition.

This was a fun show, wish I could show you a video, plenty of costuming for Fee and some funny banter with the crowd. There are a few songs I couldn't name and would love some help with those! Overall a great set of songs, mostly classic stuff. Go see them when you can, Roger Steen is a killer on guitar and Prairie Prince bangs those drums pretty well too! And if you haven't been to this venue, you gotta check it out - it only holds about five hundred and every seat is great (unless you are tall, then get an aisle seat) and in the balcony you get table service for drinks and food. This costs more but is well worth it if you are tall and thirsty and want to see the cute waitress with the 50's hairdo. If she would only smile...
