This was received by me in trade as a CD-R in the early 2000s as the �1983-12-29 EARLY SHOW Great American Music Hall, San Francisco, California�, which IT IS NOT, although the setlist does match what is (inaccurately) noted at Setlist.com and Vanomatic for the 1983-12-29 early show. The actual, verified 1983-12-29 EARLY SHOW can be downloaded here: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=436052
All the tracks flow into each other (no edits/cuts) with the exceptions of a brief gap/silence after Amazing Grace [Instrumental], Higher Than The World, and Summertime In England.
The total show time = 67:01. It is quite likely that John Allair�s opening song �Go To The High Place In Your Mind� is missing from this mystery show.
What makes me think that this show is from December 1983 is the inclusion of an instrumental version of �Amazing Grace�, which is noted among collectors as having only been performed at San Francisco�s Great American Music Hall for 4 shows on 1983-12-28 and 1983-12-29 (see extensive notes below).
If anyone is able to definitively ID this show it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone can share the 1983-12-28 early and late shows those would be most welcome!

The original taper (bowlingguru) identified this show when it was uploaded to Dime 2013-01-17: �I am happy to affirm that this is the early show from 12-29-83 at the Great American Music Hall.�In fact, an A/B comparison confirms that this is my recording (during the instrumental intro to It's All In The Game, you can faintly hear a waiter clink an empty bottle and then say, "Do you want another one?"). The recording was made from the front table on the stage left side with a Panasonic RP-V220 stereo mic and a Panasonic recorder. Along the way, someone has edited out High Place In Your Mind, which opened the set.
Total time = 72:56. Setlist verified by ear.
NOTE: this show was apparently taped by at least 2 different individuals, one of them being bowlingguru. AS, a long time and highly respected collector, has a copy taped by another individual.
