NOTES:
The 1984-12-17 show is an excellent audience recording that I'd grade an A- in sound quality. The Ronnie Scott's 1989 show is a fairly good audience recording that I'd grade B or possibly B+ in sound quality. This was treed via The Archival Group @2002 with the title Higher Than The World. Transfers were done by Ignatz. The Ronnie Scott portion here has had the digital anomalies that were apparent on the tree version cleaned & reconstructed.
