I made a day of decision to go see Vanessa after immersing myself in her brand
new LP, "Liberman" the previous night. It was so good that I had to see it live.
She ended up playing 8 of the 10 songs! I later found out she was taping
friendly, which made the recording process go extremely smooth. The show played
out similar to a VH1 Storytellers concert. Vanessa told some amusing anecdotes
before performing select songs.

One thing I noticed while playing the recording back is some slight digi-noise
in the left channel. This was most likely caused by my cell phone being used near
the M10. Im just assuming this because I took video of "A Thousand Miles" and the
noise cuts in and out for that exact portion of the song. Its not too distracting,
but if you listen with a good pair of headphones, you'll hear it.

Vanessa was wonderful, go out and see her and better yet, tape her!!!
Thanks to Ryan Teske for the loaned mics.
