Notes: The second stop of the Ashes and Dust tour. Chess Boxer opened. Gil Landry
was the main support, and the three guys from Chess Boxer played as part of Warren's
band for his entire set. The bass player was one of the highlights of the show for me
watching him throw down some tasty grooves. Even though Warren is taper-friendly
I just went with my stealth setup after getting stopped at the door with my mic stand
and gear a few years ago when he played the same venue. The crowd was relatively
small (500-600?) but pretty rowdy, which is unfortunate but expected. Fortunately, I
taped from the third row about ten feet from the stage right stack, so the noisy dipshits
were way behind me and didn't interfere with the recording. Catch the tour if it comes
your way. Enjoy!
