remaster notes:
this is a remaster of torrent # 196072 posted by happyvn on May 10, 2008
the info file is above, except I have added track and total runtimes,
and a couple of titles left off the original (sparks and see me...)
The original post levels were very low, and the left
side was consistently about 4db higher than the right side
making the recording sound even bass-heavier than it already was.
Some additional level balancing was needed too, and this was not a
wonderful sounding recording to begin with. It still isn't, but
it also needed some re-tracking, so I have done that and it
does sound, well, almost decent now. A considerable improvement,
I believe. If I was proficient at EQ this could be a candidate to
try it on, but I'm not, so I didn't try it here. and I don't know how much that would help
anyway. I'd give it about a C quality rating, it does have some
flaws in it (some slight click noises, but not loud or constant
ones or I wouldn't bother with this one) Pete says it's the
1st show of this tour. It's not a real "clean" recording, but it
does sound like a rather low generation source of it. I have spliced
and patched a couple of gaps to make this a seamless recording.
