Notes:
JEMS master recording. This run of shows by The Who at Madison Square Garden in 1979 are considered by JEMS must have essential shows for the performances which were some of the best they ever did.

The fourth night of this 7 night stand in New York and New Jersey finds the band at Madison Square Garden for the 2nd night. While this show features the least-adventurous setlist of the run, the playing is still very dynamic and it features 'Let's See Action' and a great intro to 'Blue, Black, White'. Pete references the precipitation outside during 'Magic Bus' and at about that point in the show I felt rain drops coming down from a open roof panel far above the main floor where I was standing.
