notes: finally getting around to putting this out.... it took awhile for a number of
reasons, not the least of which is that the first time I listened to the recording, I
fuckin' hated it, and just left it sitting on the computer….. it's nowhere near as good sonically (IMO) as the other shows I did on that tour.... despite the Joint being by far the smallest venue of the tour, the sound at the show was by far the worst of any that I attended.... partly because I was further back than I was at the others, probably about halfway back on the floor, but also because I just didn't think The Joint's sound system was up to par for a Who show..... I heard later from folks up front that it sounded decent up there, so I figured I'd wait awhile and see if any other recordings showed up, then kinda forgot about it….. I'm not sure if any other sources have surfaced, but I finally
decided to finish this one up and put it out..... other items of note at this show were
Pete impaling his hand on his whammy bar and having to leave the stage for a bit after "5:15" (“I’ve stabbed myself”) and that they did not close out the show with "Tea and Theatre" like they (almost) always have for the last few years because folks were smoking near Roger, irritating his throat…. or so I’ve heard, but at the very least, he does
cuss out some nameless folks right after “Who Are You” for lighting up….. also, this is one of the shows Zak missed while he was recovering from injury…..

as always:
do not sell
do trade freely
